Hip-Hop’s Logic Spoiled the Word “Hater”

Honestly, I think Hip-Hop spoiled the word “hater” for me. Seems like because of it’s overuse in Hip-Hop, people think there are two extremes when it comes to music and life in general; you either love it or you hate it. Not “I like it, but I think this can be a bit better” or “I can respect the grind, but not the music”. None of that. If you have any type of critic, you’ll be viewed as a hater.

Damn if you do, damn if you don’t, I guess.
